How long
? - Totally depends on your using condition! Based on the temperature, ice packs may need to be replaced every 2~4 hours. We provide 2 more packs(total 4) so that you can have a spare set.
Make sure freezing the pack completely. This affects the cooling effects significantly.

Condensation
- This happens when there are significant temperature differences. When you use this ice pad, as time goes by waterdrops will appear in the outside of the ice pack. It’s INEVITABLE. In order to minimize condensation, this pad utilizes the pouch cover which is made with silver-thread.
